I had the carbonara and saltimbocca and both were incredible.  I highly recommend this wonderful and beautiful restaurant.

La Ciambella

We had a great wedding anniversary here. The restaurant is very spacious and decorated with a strong Italian style with a gorgeous beauty. Warm yellow lights and heart-warming Italian songs create a very romantic atmosphere. The staff are super good and there is no pressure to communicate in English. The choice of dishes is relatively rich, and the dishes recommended by the waiter are very good. The roast lamb chops are just right, the taste is very tender, there is no smell, and the unknown vegetables are also delicious. The wine of the burdock is very rich in aroma, fresh and juicy. After the meal, the dessert was very intimate and wrote a blessing on the ground, leaving me a very good memorial.

Ditirambo never disappoints! it&#39;s my favourite restaurant in Rome. The food is excellent,  the best &quot;cacio e pepe&quot; I&#39;ve tasted! Their signature negroni is a piece of art! And the service -so attentive, so friendly!! Thank you!  I already can&#39;t wait to return to Ditirambo!

We first ate here 8 years ago when we were in Rome. It left a memorable impression on us so we returned.  The food and service was outstanding, charming outdoor seating to experience the culture of Rome.

Absolutely 5 stars, great value for money, the most unforgettable meal in Italy, the main dish of three kinds of fish cooked together is even more delicious than the bouillabaisse in Paris. I will dine at this restaurant again next time I have a chance. The location is easy to find, not far from the Trevi Fountain, on the edge of the Piazza del Column.

It is a lovely little restaurant, packed with locals. The walls are decorated with more than 600 kinds of wines from different parts of Italy. Everything in the restaurant is homemade, including desserts. I had truffle pasta, the best I have ever eaten. Lino (master) was fun and very likable. The staff was very accommodating and kept open until we finished eating. They were not in a hurry at the end of their business and we didn&#39;t know we stayed for another 45 minutes after the business was over. If you have the chance to visit this beautiful city, eat here. You won&rsquo;t be disappointed!!! Fresh homemade pasta, amazing staff and the best tiramisu, unlike anywhere I&rsquo;ve ever eaten, there&rsquo;s nothing wrong with coming here. Highly recommended

A wonderful restaurant with fantastic food and great service!  We really enjoyed it!  The spaghetti carbonara was phenomenal.

Great experience ! The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We took the 5-course degustation menu which was amazingly good. A must do for a night out in Rome.

An exquisite dining experience! We were fortunate to sit in front of the kitchen and watch the culinary team at work! It was so impressive to watch their talent and professionalism at work! The food was absolutely amazing and presented perfectly! Flavors were spot on and the servers did a wonderful job of describing each item! The wine list is a treat and the staff assisted us in picking out the most perfect bottle of Italian Red! If you are in Rome, check out this sweet little gem of a restaurant!

I dined alone. The staff was courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. I especially loved talking about wine with Mirka Guberti...she curated the best pairings I&#39;ve had in ages!

Open the car is enough! This western buffet in the western restaurant is so delicious. And the buffet is so enjoyable that friends who go to Rome can&#39;t miss it.

Sicilian fried veal is very delicious and recommended. The waiter was also very enthusiastic and helped us divide the pasta (foreign X spaghetti lasagna mixed with sheep cheese pork head meat) into 2 people. Dessert recommended tiramisu, looking forward to...

Verso Sera is truly a gem in the heart of Rome with delicious and non-touristy Italian food and an amazing atmosphere with the outdoor dining, and great service to boot. We ordered a spread of their salads, some pasta, and one of the most delectable eggplant parm I have EVER had. Wholeheartedly recommend, especially if you order the eggplant parm and fried artichokes.
